IBM Consulting is recruiting an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Manufacturing to drive growth and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing consulting portfolio. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Proven track record selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• Sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Transformations.
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes for project delivery across programs.
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud.
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making.
