Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution to drive growth and delivery of Oracle Cloud Distribution initiatives. You will lead executive engagements, shape go-to-market strategies, and oversee large-scale transformations across distribution and supply chain.

You'll collaborate with sales, alliance partners, and client executives to expand market presence, deliver multi-million-dollar programs, and guide organizational change toward cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud, including Supply Chain and Distribution.
• Proven track record leading multi-million dollar Oracle Cloud transformations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, offerings, and accelerators.
• Leadership of geographically dispersed consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through BD, account expansion, and executive relationships.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline targets.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud services within existing clients.
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformations.
• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption and organizational change.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on data-driven decision making.
