Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution to drive growth and delivery of our Oracle Cloud Manufacturing consulting portfolio, combining executive client advisory, business development, and large-scale transformation delivery.

Responsibilities include expanding market presence, shaping go-to-market strategy, and ensuring successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud programs across Distribution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain, and Distribution.
• Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Distribution Transformations
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making
