Job summary

IBM Consulting in the United States is seeking an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution to lead growth and delivery of our Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Distribution programs, blending executive advisory, business development, and large-scale transformation. You will expand market presence, drive revenue, shape go-to-market strategy, and ensure successful execution across complex Oracle Cloud projects while mentoring delivery teams.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in Oracle Cloud, including supply chain and distribution.
• Proven success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformations.
• Strong track record leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through executive relationships.
• Partner with Sales and Alliance teams to qualify and close new business.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline targets.
• Lead end-to-end design conversations and workshops with clients on Oracle Cloud.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on cloud adoption and transformation.
