IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Distribution Delivery/GTM Leader to guide the delivery and growth of our Oracle Cloud Distribution portfolio across the United States. The role combines executive advisory, business development, and large-scale transformation delivery with global client impact.

The leader will drive market presence, shape go-to-market strategy, and ensure successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud programs, traveling to support onsite client needs as required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem, incl. Supply Chain and Distribution
• Experience in Architect/Enterprise Architect capacity preferred
• Proven success selling/delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programs

Currently, we are looking for an Oracle Cloud Distribution Delivery/GTM Leader to join our team. This is a key role playing an integral part in our growing Oracle ERP practice. This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in the United States. Must be willing to travel to support clients onsite as needed.

As Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution you will lead the delivery and growth of our Oracle Cloud Distribution consulting portfolio, combining executive client advisory, business development, practice leadership, and large-scale transformation delivery. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, shaping go-to-market strategy, and ensuring successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud programs.

• This is a hybrid leadership role that operates at the intersection of Delivery (70%) and GTM (30%).
• The Portfolio Leader will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Distribution Transformations.
• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain, and Distribution.
• Prior experience operating in an Architect/Enterprise Architect capacity is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred.
• Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Business Transformation Expertise: Experience with Business Transformation (BTS) and Hybrid Cloud (HCS) capabilities, with the ability to develop winning business and technical solutions that meet client needs.
• Transformational Sales Acumen: Deep expertise in driving and scaling large, strategic sales engagements, with a proven track record of progressing and closing deals. Experience with complex sales cycles and navigating client relationships.
• Competitive Strategy Insight: Deep expertise in utilizing best practices, competitive strategies, and professional networks to drive deal progression and closure, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part-time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
