IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Distribution Delivery/GTM Leader to guide the delivery and growth of our Oracle Cloud Distribution portfolio across the United States. The role combines executive advisory, business development, and large-scale transformation delivery with global client impact.

The leader will drive market presence, shape go-to-market strategy, and ensure successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud programs, traveling to support onsite client needs as required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem, incl. Supply Chain and Distribution
• Experience in Architect/Enterprise Architect capacity preferred
• Proven success selling/delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programs

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and growth of the Oracle Cloud Distribution consulting portfolio
• Own and grow portfolio through business development and executive relationship management
• Develop GTM strategies, industry offerings, and accelerators
• Design end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes for successful project delivery
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformations
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on cloud adoption and data-driven decision making
