Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Manufacturing to drive growth and delivery of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing programs across the US. You will lead executive advisory, business development, and large-scale transformations, shaping go-to-market strategy and ensuring successful execution.

You will partner with Sales, Alliance teams, and clients to expand Oracle Cloud manufacturing offerings, mentor teams, and guide organizational change through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud.
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
