Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Customer Service/Clinical Support role in Virginia Beach to help deliver an exceptional patient experience. You greet patients, collect information, explain products and services, and schedule appointments while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and the store’s brand standards.

You should have an associate degree or higher certification and 2+ years of customer service experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification required or in progress.
• 2+ years of delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to meet store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and manage pending orders.
• Assist with patient concerns and maintain HIPAA compliant records.
• Uphold brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Support PEG clinical duties under supervision to ensure quality care.
