You will greet patients, gather information, schedule appointments, and support the clinical staff while delivering a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service in healthcare or retail, strong communication skills, and a patient-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and inform them about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and status of orders.
