The role emphasizes greeting patients, gathering information, and guiding them to the right products while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and professional decorum. Prior optical exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or current enrolment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Results-driven with multitasking, prioritization and flexibility.
• Schedule flexibility based on business needs.
• Enjoy working with technology and interest in innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by collaborating with team members to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain available products and services to ensure a memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive visit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with resolving patient concerns and tracking order statuses.
• Maintain brand standards and basic store upkeep.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
