Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at an on-site store location. You will greet patients, coordinate with the clinical team, and help ensure a smooth transition from clinical services to retail, fostering an exceptional in-store experience.

The role emphasizes accurate patient records, teamwork with PEG doctors, and supporting both clinical and retail operations to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Associate’s degree or higher or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to facilitate promotions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; answer inquiries and gather information to facilitate sales.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and order status updates.
• Ensure brand standards, assist in lab operations, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
