Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in business operations with exposure to optometric practices.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results without direct authority.
• For remote or hybrid roles, high engagement in virtual environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to member businesses and practices on marketing, optical operations, and revenue cycle management.
• Perform initial P&L reviews to assess health and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present dashboards and reports comparing performance to industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver education and tools for member engagement.
• Advise on general business strategies and coordinate deeper analysis with specialized advisors.
• Support handoff and continuity of support for niche expertise needs.
