Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in business operations, including exposure to optometric practices and eye care.
• Comprehensive understanding of optometric practice operations, including management, staffing, optical processes, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to assess business performance, interpret P&L, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of member businesses and optometric practices, reviewing P&L to evaluate financial health and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights to support decisions.
• Provide high-level guidance on practice management, staffing, marketing, and revenue cycle management.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance summaries that benchmark against industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce costs, and increase revenue with practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with specialized advisors and internal teams to coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of service.
