Job summary

VSP Vision seeks a senior business advisor to act as a trusted partner for member practices. You will conduct initial P&L assessments, identify profit opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations that enhance performance and engagement.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in optometric practice operations and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in business operations with exposure to optometric practices.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and first point of contact for member practices.
• Conduct initial P&L analyses and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Present dashboards and reports comparing performance to industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver resources and education for member engagement.
