Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see better. You’ll become an expert in our glasses, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure every pair meets our optical standards and patient expectations.

In this role you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, explain prescription terminology, advise on frame and lens options, and collaborate with your team to promote our brand values and mission across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician in licensing states.
• ABO certification or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Represent brand and educate customers about Warby Parker values.
