You’ll explain prescription terminology, guide customers to the best frames and lenses based on their needs and lifestyle, and collaborate with a supportive team to uphold Warby Parker’s service and values.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communication to explain terminology to customers.
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
