Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see better. You''ll become an expert in our brand and glasses, assisting customers from first fit to final adjustments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a dispensing optician license in applicable states or be ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Demonstrated passion for eyewear and retail.
• Clear, effective communication with customers.
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to help customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit and adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and patient requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team to uphold service standards across the organization.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on prescription, face shape, style, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best-practice development in sales and customer service.
• Represent Warby Parker and educate customers about our values and mission.
