Warby Parker is seeking a skilled Optician to join our in-house optical team. You will help customers meet eyewear needs, take precise measurements, and ensure finished eyewear meets our standards. You will explain prescription details and guide customers to choose frames and lenses based on their needs and style.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid dispensing license where required by state law.
• ABO certification preferred for non-licensing states.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain terms clearly.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and take precise measurements.
• Adjust and fit eyeglasses with accuracy.
• Verify eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service across all customers.
• Help customers choose frames/lenses based on prescription, fit, and style.
• Share best practices for sales and service across the organization.
• Represent Warby Parker brand and values to educate customers.
