Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail, with a focus on customer experience.
• Strong communicator able to simplify technical terms for customers.
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to help customers and teammates.
• Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Open-minded and eager to learn, not taking oneself too seriously.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear precisely.
• Check that eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others about its mission.
