Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team. You’ll become an expert in our glasses and brand, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers see clearly.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet our standards and customers' needs. A lifelong learner mindset and passion for eyewear are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in applicable states.
• ABO certification where required.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team on sales and service best practices.
• Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Represent the brand and educate customers about our values.
