Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license.
• Proven management experience of 2+ years in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain products to customers.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the optical team to provide excellent customer service.
• Consult with customers to ensure their eyewear needs are met.
• Check eyewear quality and adherence to optical standards.
• Train and mentor Optician Apprentice Program participants.
