Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2 years in a management role leading a team of Opticians.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Passion for eyewear and retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers with eyewear needs and take/record measurements.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop Opticians, provide feedback and development conversations.
• Collaborate with Store Leader on staffing and store operations.
