Your role includes guiding the team, ensuring accurate measurements, and maintaining standard operational practices while delivering top-notch eyewear service.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear, effective, and professional communicator.
• Extremely detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Responsibilities

• Perform optical duties and assist customers with eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team including apprentices.
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases, and operations.
