Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensure states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years in a management role on the floor managing opticians.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Able to explain prescription terminology clearly to customers.

• Directly assist customers with eyewear needs, measurements, and fittings.
• Lead and develop a team of Opticians, fostering development and performance on the floor.
• Maintain high service standards and implement optical programs to boost loyalty.
