Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager in a Sarasota, FL store to lead the in-house Optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Opticians, consult with customers, take measurements, and ensure eyewear meets both prescription and company standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in applicable states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of opticians.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to drive optical metrics and uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the sales floor.
• Consult with customers on eyewear needs and prescriptions.
• Take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and daily operations.
