Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach a team of Opticians, assist customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, and ensure every finished frame meets optical standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and maintaining high service standards while promoting a productive and inclusive store culture. A licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician with management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in required states, or ABO-certified optician where licensing is not required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role leading a team of opticians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store's Opticians, providing on-floor development feedback.
• Assist customers with eyewear needs, measurements, fittings and adjustments.
• Uphold optical standards and explain prescription terminology to customers.
• Support store operations, HR policies and scheduling.
