Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach a group of Opticians. You will ensure flawless eyewear fittings, clear explanation of prescriptions, and exceptional customer experiences across the store.

You will mentor staff, uphold optical standards, manage scheduling, and partner with leadership to drive engagement and growth while delivering a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Qualificações

• Must hold a licensed dispensing optician license or ABO certification.
• 2+ years in a management role leading a team.
• Strong leadership and communication to coach staff.
• Able to translate optical terms for customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store's Opticians and provide coaching and feedback.
• Uphold high service standards and retail programs.
• Report to Store Leader and oversee Apprentice Program.
• Ensure HR policies, safety, and optical compliance.
• Support store operations and inventory management.
