Warby Parker in Minneapolis seeks an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will coach Opticians, consult customers, and ensure accuracy in measurements, fittings, and final products.

A licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) with 2+ years in management is ideal. You will mentor staff, drive optical metrics, and collaborate with the Store Leader to run daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) in states requiring a license.
• 2+ years in a management position.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team of Opticians on the floor.
• Consult customers and translate prescription terminology into eyewear solutions.
• Uphold optical standards and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.
• Partner with Store Leader to manage staffing and store operations.
