Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach the store's Opticians. You’ll consult customers, take measurements, and ensure precise fitting and alignment of eyewear.

You’ll mentor staff, uphold service standards, and participate in inventory and store operations. A licensed optician with leadership experience thrives here, delivering world-class eyewear experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires licensed dispensing optician credential and management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities on the shop floor.
• Able to explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
• Maintains high optical standards and accuracy.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Opticians; conduct development conversations.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and loyalty programs.
• Monitor store operations, inventory, and scheduling with the Store Leader.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and safety standards.
• Consult customers and ensure warranty and service quality.
