Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach the Opticians on the floor. You will consult customers to ensure they feel confident about their eyewear choices and help Warby Parker grow through exceptional service.

The role requires a licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years in management, a passion for eyewear, and a collaborative, service‑driven mindset. You will measure, fit, and verify eyewear to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on coaching.
• Clear communicator who can simplify technical terms for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Opticians on the sales floor, providing feedback and development discussions.
• Uphold service standards and implement retail programs to boost loyalty.
• Oversee staffing needs with the Store Leader and manage Optician Apprentice Program participants.
• Ensure store HR policies are followed and promote a productive, safe culture.
• Support store systems, inventory databases, and general operations.
