Job summary

Warby Parker in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team. You will rely on your expertise to meet eyewear needs, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a keyholder, you’ll open/close the store, manage operations, mentor staff including the Optician Apprentice Program, and foster a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified.
• 2+ years of experience including supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
