Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach the Opticians. You will consult customers and ensure precise measurements, fittings, and quality standards in a fast-paced store environment.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified with 2+ years in management, strong leadership and communication, and a true passion for eyewear and retail. Join us to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid dispensing optician license where required.
• ABO certification if licensing is not required in your state.
• Minimum 2 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent communication and passion for eyewear/retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Optician team on the floor.
• Provide customer consultations and fittings with accuracy.
• Maintain optical standards and explain terminology to customers.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to plan staffing and programs.
