Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach Opticians while consulting customers on eyewear selections. You will coach and develop the team, ensure precise measurements and fittings, and uphold our high standards on quality and service.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states) with 2+ years in a leadership role, passionate about eyewear, and committed to an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician as required by state licensing rules.
• ABO certification in non-licensing states is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in a management/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store's Opticians and provide feedback.
• Ensure accurate measurements, fittings, and eyewear quality.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Oversee store operations and uphold HR and safety policies.
