Job summary

Warby Parker seeks an Optical Manager to lead the store's Opticians and deliver exceptional eyewear experiences for customers. You will coach, develop the team, and ensure precise measurements, fitting, and adherence to optical standards while driving sales and service excellence.

In this role you’ll collaborate with the Store Leader to plan staffing, oversee the Optician Apprentice Program, and uphold a safety-minded, high-energy environment that champions our values and delivers outstanding

Qualifications

• Must be licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician as required by state.
• 2+ years in a management position within retail optical settings.
• Strong leadership and mentoring能力 in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the sales floor and in operations.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with precision, and ensure standards.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to plan staffing and oversee Optician Apprentice Program.
• Maintain high service standards and support store systems and processes.
