LensCrafters in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Team Lead to drive exceptional customer service and oversee key optical and lab processes. You will guide sales associates, assist customers with selections, and help ensure store success through accurate product knowledge and proactive problem solving.

The role requires strong retail experience, leadership abilities, and knowledge of optical theory and measurements. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering a premium eyewear experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Proactive & solution driven, accurate execution & product knowledge.
• Assists customers with selections, provides recommendations, assists sales associates.
• Serves as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab: custom fits glasses & place prescription in lenses.
• Works with associates to strengthen their knowledge, skill, & certification for lens and lab technology.
• Ensures finished eyewear meets optical standards & customer requirements.
