LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage core store and lab processes. You will guide sales staff, support product recommendations, and ensure accurate eyewear fitting and quality results.

The role emphasizes leadership, knowledge of optics, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and store success.

Formación

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Solid knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capability.
• Accurate math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
• Experience with edging and mounting in eyewear production.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure LensCrafters team delivers unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactively apply product knowledge and drive sales.
• Assist customers with selections and support sales staff.
• Serve as alternate store key holder when needed.
• In lab scenarios, perform basic edging/mounting and lens fitting.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in lab and store processes.
• Support training and development of colleagues.
• Uphold store policies and assist in achieving store goals.
