LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success. You will oversee key optical and lab processes, assist customers, and support sales teams. In-lab duties include precise lens work and ensuring quality while maintaining safety and equipment care.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and deep optical knowledge, with opportunities to guide others and manage store operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED is required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Solid sales ability and problem solving.
• Familiar with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and optical measurements experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service and drive store success.
• Be proactive, solution driven, and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations; help sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In-lab duties: fit glasses, input prescriptions, and ensure optical standards.
• Maintain safe lab practices and oversee lab tools and systems.
