Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service in-store.
• Offer recommendations and assist sales associates with selections.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab scenarios, perform custom fits and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Help strengthen team knowledge and store processes related to lens and lab technology.
• Maintain safe working environment and perform basic lab tool maintenance.
