Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience required.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Basic math skills and problem solving ability.
• Experience with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unsurpassed customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Assist in store sales and act as alternate store key holder.
• In lab settings, perform edging and mounting and ensure optical standards.
