EssilorLuxottica's LensCrafters in Newport Beach is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success. You will guide the retail team, assist customers with selections, and manage key optical and lab processes when applicable to achieve outstanding results.

This role requires a HS diploma and strong optical/retail experience, leadership abilities, and the capability to train others while maintaining high quality and safety standards in lab operations when needed.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Leadership and training experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab, custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
