Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong optical and retail experience with knowledge of optics theory and merchandise.
• Excellent interpersonal, math, and sales abilities required.
• Evidence of leadership and training capability.
• Experience edging and mounting lenses; familiarity with lab processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service in a retail setting.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations; support sales team.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab duties, custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Maintain lab tools, ensure safety, and support instrument upkeep.
