Job summary

LensCrafters, a part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store and lab processes. You will guide the team, assist customers with eyewear selections, and act as a key holder to help keep store operations running smoothly.

In the lab role, you will support edging and mounting, ensure eyewear meets optical standards, and coach colleagues on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Strong optical & retail experience.
• Leadership & training experience.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serves as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab, assist with edging & mounting and ensure eyewear meets standards.
