Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers with eyewear needs and take and record measurements including fitting and adjustments with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead store operations and staff, mentor Optical team and participate in Apprentice Program.
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases and general business operations.
• Foster a productive, positive employee culture on the sales floor.
