Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our team of in-house optical professionals. You will rely on optical expertise and customer focus to create exceptional experiences while serving as a keyholder who opens and closes the store and maintains operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Optical duties: Work directly with customers, take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy, ensure eyewear meets standards and customer requests, explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Leadership responsibilities: Set store up for success daily, drive store vision and sales, mentor Optical team including Apprentice Program participants, maintain store systems and operations, foster a productive employee culture.
• Who you are: A licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified.
