Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our growing team of in-house optical professionals. You will rely on optical expertise and a friendly demeanor to create exceptional customer experiences and support store operations.

As a keyholder, you will open and close the store, lead the Optical team, and drive high standards in service and accuracy. A licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified professional with 2+ years of supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician depending on licensing requirements.
• 2+ years of experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and oversee store operations.
• Maintain store systems and inventories; foster a positive team culture.
