Job summary

Warby Parker seeks an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-store optical team. You will assist customers with eyewear needs, record measurements, and ensure eyewear meets our standards. You will also mentor staff, manage store operations, and support opening/closing duties as a keyholder.

The role requires a licensed dispensing optician or ABO certification with 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified; 2+ years of experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to explain prescription terms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Optical duties: take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
