Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will perform eyewear fittings, take precise measurements, and ensure products meet standards.

As a keyholder, you will open/close the store, manage operations, and mentor staff while upholding Warby Parker's service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of eyewear experience with supervision responsibilities.
• Clear communicator who explains prescription terminology and product options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, fit eyewear with precision.
• Explain prescription terms and product offerings to customers.
• Open/close store as a keyholder and uphold store ops and procedures.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain store systems and inventory.
