You will lead the Optical team, mentor apprentices, and ensure that measurements, fittings, and eyewear adjustments meet our high standards. The role requires a licensed optician with supervisory experience and a passion for eyewear retail.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• Abo-certified or licensed in applicable states.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
• Lead optical team and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain store systems and inventory accuracy.
• Support store operations and uphold Warby Parker standards.
