Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will open/close the store as a keyholder, mentor opticians, and ensure optical standards are met while maintaining strong store operations.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, detail-oriented licensed dispensing optician with supervisory experience and excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and take/record measurements.
• Adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy; ensure finished eyewear meets standards.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team; manage store operations and inventory.
• Maintain a positive, productive store culture.
