Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including Apprentice program participants.
• Maintain store systems and inventory databases and support operations.
• Open/close procedures as a keyholder and uphold Warby Parker standards.
